② Choose the products you like > Add to cart

Browse eJooYs's products online, click product images to enter product details page.
Choose the size you want, fill in the amount, and then click on [Add to Cart], if there are any special request, you can choose to fill in the [Remarks].

③ Make order

If there is no mistake, click [Make Order], fill in recipient's details, then you can finish this step by click on [Confirm].

④ Make payment

After complete order, please make payment according to the total amount in the order details.
If you have any question about the total amount of order, delivery fees, or delivery time, feel free to contact our customer services for more information.

⑤ Inform eJooYs

After you made your payment, please inform us, including your payment amount, payment g
Please kindly keep the transaction slip for necessary reference.

⑥ eJooYs started to proceed your order > Deliver goods

We will proceed your order in the shortest time.
The step we prooceed your order included: Check the completion of your order details, check the stock status of the products in your order.
If we have any question, we will contact customers to confirm.
After the confirmation of your payment and order details, we will post your goods as soon as possible. We will inform you after we had posted your goods.

★ Return/Exchange policies

eJooYs Promised:

Within 15 days after you purchase a product

, if the product has any quality problem,we will exchange a new one for you, the product must be haven been wear, haven been washed, without any pollute or damages, the delivery fees that needed in the process of exchange the product will be afford by eJooYs.
