Terms and conditions
1. Designers must ensure that all works submitted have full intellectual property rights, no copy, tampered with the works of others. If any design works found to be so will be removed immediate and all earnings of the account will be cancelled. If reward was made by eJooYs, we will retain the right to recourse. All works of intellectual property due to disputes and liability arising by designers themselves, eJooYs will not bear any legal responsibility.
2. eJooYs has the rights to slightly edit the designs in order to suit the printing and customers preferences.
3. Any design with the content in violation of state laws and regulations is prohibited.
4. Submission of any design must be unpublished work; any designs that used to or currently use for commercial purpose will be considered null and void work.
5. Submission of design would means that designers granted the rights to eJooYs to use the design on commercial purpose, and also to pay designers a certain amount of design loyalties, therefore designers cannot use that particular design on any other commercial purpose.
*If the design didn't achieve any sales after 120 days, designers can request for removing the design from eJooYs.com and gain back the rights for other commercial purpose.
6. eJooYs has the rights to adjust the bimonthly extra prize and yearly grand prize, and also the minimum sales requirement.
7. eJooYs has the rights to remove any design without any prior notification, if there's any questions regarding this, please contact customer services for further details.
eJooYs reserves the rights for further explanation and updates on the responsibilities statement. All the content above is applicable to eJooYs use agreement, so please read carefully. Once submitted, would means that you have read and undertake to abide by these terms.
